Don't worry, I will post the pics from glacier at the end of this entry.
The next morning, after saying goodbye and given a head start to browning, I was on my merry way to choteau, MT. Made it there that night(70-80 miles) and enjoyed A/c in the Gunther Motel. Before arriving in choteau, I stopped in the town prior( forgot its name) and saw a dinosaur museum/ exhibit. I would have gone in but they had just closed- I think. (Going by two clocks with two different time zones made me forget what time it actually was cause I have wid-west time on my cycling computer still and mt time on my phone.) besides the point, still got To my destination but I will forever wonder what dinosaur history lay in that locked building.
Again- pics will be at the end of all this mumbo jumbo I call me writing about my life.
Then the next day 8/1 I rode to Helena, MT from Choteau. I orignly figured the mileage to be 80 miles but actually did 94 riding. I explain, I stopped in wolf creek to fill up water bottles and get direction on possible alternate routes to Helena instead if the interstate, but there was no way around it. So after talking with Amy at the gas station, I went for it. About 3 hours riding in 2 hours. Almost did it. Got to the top ofthenlast hill before Helena where I would coast the rest of the way, and nearly passed out from being so exhausted. Luckily, Amy, the girl from the gas station was heading that way and saw me walking my bike ip the hill. So we loaded my bike into the back of her truck and my legs were spared the last 5 miles to the motel 6 in Helena. If I had rode the complete distance from choteau to Helena, it would have been 99 miles, but instead, I rode 94 that day.
