Total miles ridden: 120
The breakdown =
from S.B., Indiana to Chicago city limits: about 90 to 95 miles.
Through southern Chicago to my friend Paul's place in downtown Chicago: 25 to 30 miles.
I could talk about the weather and how I rode through a bunch if differing temps and conditions, but I'll leave it simple. I started in the rain, then it stopped. It started up again, then it stopped. It did this about 4 or 5 more times by the end of the ride.
One thing I never realized was how stretched out Chicago is. I rode from Hobart, Indiana to the Illinois border. That there took me about 2 hours.
Then from the Illinois state line to downtown Chicago- another 3hours.
I thought I was going to see a tornado as I was riding through south Chicago be uses if the winds, rain, and crazy clouds I was riding through, but nothing this time.
Got a couple photos here and there( the best one was at the end of today):
